18th Birthday!!

Today is my 18th Birthday! It's finally here!! So last night my lovely family through me a surprise birthday party. It was so much and I had a blast. We ate, played games, and chatted. Then I came home to another surprise. My room had been attacked by kisses, hearts, and candy and kissing quotes. My friends Madisen, Summer, and Janice did it. It was so cute!! Then I went with Janice and hung out until 2:00 this morning and then I came home and went to bed. Then today as a family we went out to breakfast at the Wagon Wheel in Leeds. It was really good. Then we headed to Cedar to go sledding. It was soooo much fun. We all had a great time. I was sad that Weston couldn't come but he at least got to go to breakfast with us. I went off a jump and crashed....it was really funny but my butt hurts now and I got the wind knocked out of me. We stayed and played in the snow for a good two hours I think. As for my first kiss....well it still hasn't happened yet...but the day isn't over yet. ha ha I want to thank my family for making this birthday great!! They did a great job and really did surprise me!!

My busy life!

Well my life has been super busy lately. I got called to be a counselor for special needs mutual. We meet every Thursday night. It is so much fun and I feel so lucky to be a part of this program. We have had some fun activities we had a talent show (which was the cutest) Harvest prom, musical night, dance night, carnival night. I love going and my my special friend is Janine and she is so funny! I love her. I have been going to hair school as you all know. I'm going to Taylor Andrews and I'm loving every minute of it. I'm there Tuesday-Friday from 12:30-6:00pm and Saturday 8:00-5:00 . So I stay pretty busy! If you are ever in that area come say hi! I have been looking into colleges and trying to decide which one I want to go. I'm thinking of UVU, U of U, SUU, BYU, USU, and Weber. I'm also applying for scholarships so that is keeping my stress levels high! This past week I have been super busy! Tuesday and Wednesday I watched Lacy and Maggie while Billy and Sandra went out of town. That was super fun! Having sleep overs on a school night. It made me really tired because lacy likes to stay up late and talk. Then I had special needs and then I was asked to give a talk this coming Sunday! So I'm a little nervous for that because I have no idea what to say! On Halloween I went to Pine View Sadies with my friend Michell Tidwell. We dressed up like Hanzel and Gretel I had a blast. I danced the night away. I also went to the 5 browns out at Tuachan. They are amazing! I wish I could play the piano that well! I also went to Pine View's play Brigadoon. It was also good. I'm way excited for my niece to arrive in December and I'm loving every moment with Nyah. She is getting so big. She calls me Dizzy and its so cute! She gives the best hugs and kisses in the whole world! I will try and be better at up dating!

Brief over view

Well I graduate from freshman in hair school this coming Saturday and I'm way excited. I will start cutting peoples hair on Saturday. Its gone by so fast. I got my Personal Progress medallion last Sunday and I also got a calling. I'm a Youth Counselor for the Special Needs Mutual. I have been doing that for two weeks and I love every minute of it. I have been super busy between high school, hair school, and church activities. This past weekend was also home coming for Pine View. We won our football against Desert Hills! GO PINE VIEW! It was 14-7. I got asked to the dance, first time ever getting asked. I went with Hayden Houston and it was fun. I got a really pretty dress and I felt like a million dollars! I got my hair done at Taylor Andrews and I had my friends mom do my make up so I looked pretty good. Well thats pretty much it on my life. I will try to be better at posting things, but Does anyone even read these anymore???

Hair School

I enrolled in cosmetology school today. I'm going to go to Taylor Andrews. I'm way excited and nervous. I start this coming Tuesday (the 11th) . So for all of you who have gone to hair school do you have any pointers or things to help me excel in my new part of life? If so, please feel free to jot them down! :D I can't wait to start.

Summer Update

Sorry I have been a slacker on my blog. My summer has gone by very fast. I have been watching my niece Nyah and helping Justin and Emily move into their house. I worked with my mom out at her school for a little while. Then I went up to Salt Lake to my sisters graduation and then stayed there for two weeks and hung out with my grandparents and my dad. Then I came home for two weeks and went to the dentist and the eye doctor ( I got glasses). Then I left to girls camp for a week. All I did there was cook and clean up the mess and then cooked some more. Then I left right after that for efy. Efy was different this year. I learned more about the gospel and got a stronger testimony but I didn't bond as well as I did last year with my group. None the less it was still super fun. Then I came home and just chilled. Went up to the cabin and had a blast with the family for the 4th. Then on the 24th I went to the Secondhand serenade concert and that was fun! I just got back from salt lake again. We spent two days at mona lake hanging out with my dad and my sister and her boy friend and friends. The second day at the lake Weston and Jeron came out and it was fun to hang out with them. Jeron is not my little nephew any more. He is becoming a teen. He is taller than me now, and looks exactly like his dad. We had an awesome time at the lake. I start school in a week and I'm trying to get into hair school at the moment.....its a little late in the game but I'm still trying. I'm thinking about going to Taylor Andrews but I'm checking in to Heritage tomorrow. So we will see! Hopefully everything works out. I will be a senior this year and I'm way excited and nervous. Hopefully I will enjoy everyminute of my last year of high school. Well this was my summer in fast forward! ha ha I will try to update it more often.
